Back in March, I visited The Texas Tulip Farm,15122 FM 775, La Vernia, TX 78121. There, guests are able to pick their own tulips. They are beautiful. I took several photos of the flowers there at the farm, and as many as I could of the ones I took home with me before they died. The lasted a little over a week. I just loved them!
I painted a couple of larger paintings, but those I take some time. I wanted to capture as many as I could on canvas without taking days, or weeks, to paint each. So, I came up with a series. A Tiny Tulip Bouquet Series. So far I've done for, but I plan on doing a few more.
Each of these is painted with oil on 4x4 inch canvases. They arrive to their new home with a small easel for display. Perfect for small spaces, they add a nice touch to any home.
