Juried Exhibition

I am truly honored that my painting “Maiden Butterfly was selected for the 94th Annual SAALM Juried Exhibition. I entered this piece honestly thinking it did not have a chance. It was one of 61 chosen out of 550 entries. I am truly amazed, humbled, but most of all, honored. It is always, for me anyway, very intimidating, to enter my work into these. Thanks again to Tim Kaiser of @tkaiserphoto for allowing me to use his beautiful photo and model Brooke Reese for inspiration. The exhibit will run from April 14th to June 9 at the San Antonio Art League and Museum at 130 King William St, San Antonio, TX, 78204.
