Pendant measures 2 inches long. Covered in metallic gold leaf and covered in resin. The paint is acrylic paint. 
Necklace is plastic coated stainless steel, gold, 5-strand choker-style, and measures 18-inches. 
Although not expected to tarnish, avoid getting wet. Wipe with soft cloth. Use care not to get lotion or creams on them.
