Melissa A. Torres Art is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days.  Please send photo of damaged item. 
Because items are handmade, there may be slight imperfections. No two items will be exactly alike but will be very similar. 
CARE: 
- Avoid knocking piece on any hard surfaces or dropping from high altitude. May cause resin/paint to chip.  I do apply multiple layers of paint and resin, they may chip after time with normal wear. 
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and water.
