This versatile hand painted silk sarong measures approximately 45x65 inches. It was painted using Jacquard Green Label dyes, water soluble gutta, and salt to create different and fun patterns. Abstract palm tree and palm leaves make up the design. Perfect to wear alone or over a bathing suit, the silk is soft and sensual. The silk was steamed prior to washing in a dye fixative to allow the colors to remain vibrant while allowing the silk to show through. This is a wardrobe essential for the beach goer.
