Hand made using paper clay and handpainted using acrylic paint. Sealed with resin which is non-toxic. Perfect for jewelry and other small items. Would not recommend for food. The lid does not provide an air tight seal. Dish measures approximately 3.5 inches and lid approximately 4 inches in diameter. 
Because this is hand made, it is not perfect. A silicone mold was used to create the dish portion. Because the lid made by hand and due to shrinking of the clay during drying process, they do not fit perfectly but that does not take away from the beauty of this piece.
